-Returns and Exchanges

Due to the limited quantities, CLOTH + LABEL does not offer full refunds.  We gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit.

You have 21 days after delivered date to either exchange or return for store credit. If you chose pickup, you have 21 days from the date your order was fulfilled.  Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.

Please note that the following criteria must be met in order to receive Store Credit:
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.

Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 5 business days unless otherwise stated for an exchange.
